Christina Ochoa is an actress, marine biologist, author, and producer of Spain. Grandniece Severo Ochoa Nobel Prize Winner. Ochoa's scientific and artistic abilities were equally encouraged in her family. Following her extensive education and travels that brought her from Spain to Australia to America and then back and back again, she's been an active teacher of science by using social media. She's hosted many web-based shows, conferences as well as being a prominent presenter. Although she was interested in science but it wasn't until a few years later that she realised acting was the real passion of her. Ochoa began performing in her spare time, then relocated to Madrid for the purpose of enhancing her skills and land some part-time roles. She debuted in 2008 in a role on the screen, appearing in the comedy 'La que se avecina. Since then, she has appeared on many television shows as well as on the stage. She is a writer and has been a frequent contributor to Vogue Spain, H, and El Imparcial magazines. In 2009, she joined Mensa.
